A true southern girl, born and raised in S. Georgia. Zay and her extended family are
deeply rooted in S. Georgia and real estate. After attending college out west in the
Rockies, Zay has seen the world, lived and been involved as a realtor and home
renovator all over the U.S. including in Hawaii. Hence one of her favorite greetings
“Aloha Y’all.”
Married to her high school sweetheart, Zay has two kids and three step kids and shares
a total of seven grandchildren with her husband. Together, Zay and her husband
Leighton, have just moved back to S. Georgia, to their hometown. Their most recent 16
years were spent in Florida, where they lived in Tallahassee to Orlando and all the way
to Sarasota. As a realtor in Florida, Zay had clients from all over the world and has
helped them achieve their real estate goals.
Zay currently holds real estate licenses in Florida and Georgia and considers herself a
“Concierge” realtor. She loves to customize her real estate experience and tailor it to the
needs of her clients. She considers herself an expert in all types of real estate deals
with or without financing, residential or commercial. If folks are moving from place to
place or state to state, as she has done that herself, she understands what is involved
and how to help.
Zay says that meeting people and making new friends, along with the satisfaction of
helping them achieve their dreams, is what she loves the most about the real estate
business. From first time homebuyers, who just need a little support and understanding
along the way, to complex international real estate deals, Zay has experienced them all.
