I’m Tyler Boatright, a South Georgia real estate professional specializing in land, homes, and investment properties across the region. I’m originally from Waycross and now based in Tifton, but I regularly work throughout South Georgia and travel weekly between Albany and Brunswick to serve buyers, sellers, and investors. When the right opportunity comes along, I’m always willing to go even further.

Growing up around the real estate business gave me an early understanding of how deals come together and how property can create long-term opportunity. I officially entered the industry two years ago and have worked hard to build a reputation for creative marketing, strong negotiation, and connecting the right people with the right properties.

I work with a wide range of property types—from residential homes and development tracts to recreational and hunting land. My passion for the outdoors and land stewardship naturally led me to specialize in rural properties, helping clients buy, sell, and invest in the types of land that make South Georgia unique.

Outside of real estate, I spend much of my time traveling, hunting, and exploring the outdoors. I also share hunting and land-related content online, giving people a glimpse of the lifestyle and landscapes that make this part of the country special.
