Hi, I’m Patty Ferry! Originally from Philadelphia, I moved to Americus in 2021 after falling in love with the area the first time I visited in 2014. From the beautiful historic homes and architecture to the warm, welcoming people, this community immediately felt like home.
For more than 30 years I worked in the health and wellness industry, including 16 years as the owner of Whole Body Yoga Studio. My work has always centered around helping people feel their best, build strong communities, and create balanced lives.
That same passion for supporting people through meaningful life transitions led me to real estate. I’ve always loved homes and the stories they hold. I truly believe in the value of owning a home—whether you’re purchasing your first home, finding the perfect place to raise a family, or downsizing into a home that fits your next chapter.
